Growing up, I was the big sister, so I have always been a way-finder, a cheerleader and a fierce defender of ‘the little guy’. I was raised in Zimbabwe; and that means I am I am a strong believer in the power of a community; in learning from others; and in sharing and being charitable.​

I built my career in London England which was a place of stiff competition, and hard lessons. I am not fearless but am courageous in going after what I want in life, I have been wildly successful. With a dynamic and results-driven approach in my career orchestrating complex transformations and delivering strategic solutions for big organisations, I am known for my ability to adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and solve problems innovatively. Widely acknowledged for leaving teams better than I found them by building up team members, giving them a safe space in which to thrive.

​I am now reaping the fruits of that harvest in Valencia, Spain. I live with a Growth Mindset; and in a state of abundance - and through mentorship and coaching, I want to help others do so, too.
